The lawn and paved patio area outside the kitchen door of this ground floor apartment offers a quiet place to unwind with a book, or a glass of wine, and listen to the birds sing.
Inside, the kitchen area has a fantastic range of units including an electric double oven with a ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer and a good range of utensils and cookware.
The large lounge has a dining table and chairs at the kitchen end, and a very comfortable 2 seater sofa, from which you can enjoy watching the 32" Flatscreen Digital TV.
The bedroom has a king-sized bed with an ensuite shower room, W.C and washbasin
There is access to a communal laundry room
with washing machine and tumble drier, and an iron
and ironing board
Free Wi-fi is also available for you to
keep in touch with friends and family
Electricity, Bed linen and towels are provided at no extra charge
Ample parking available in front of holiday accommodation
There are several pubs nearby, one is within walking distance.
We regret pets and smoking are not permitted.

We have no fixed changeover days, so please contact us for availability and pricing.
We are open all year round for weekly bookings and short breaks, we are able to offer stays from 3 days to several weeks depending on your requirements.

Booking Conditions and Cancellation Policy
Bookings are confirmed on receipt of a deposit equal to at least 25% of the total accommodation cost. Please make cheques payable to 'Gill Gleed'. Sorry we do not take credit or debit cards at present. Deposits are non refundable in the event of a cancellation.
The balance of the accommodation cost is payable on arrival at the accommodation. On receipt of the booking confirmation, all guests should check the booking details and contact Gill as soon as possible to amend or change any part of the booking if it is incorrect.
Apartments are available for occupation from 4.00pm on the day of arrival and we ask guests to vacate the apartment by 10am on the morning of departure unless alternative arrangements are agreed in advance.
We would ask guests to leave the accommodation in as clean and tidy condition as they find them. Please make us aware of any problems before you leave, so that we can correct them for future guests
We reserve the right to charge for any non-trivial damage or for apartments left in an unacceptable condition.
To maintain the high quality of the apartments we regret pets and smoking are not permitted.
Parking is off road and free.
